These terms of service govern your use of nuthatchlane.shop and any purchase you make from Nuthatch Lane LLC. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors vary between screens and handmade items such as gourd houses and ceramic baths vary slightly from piece to piece.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund any payment in full if we do.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card is charged when you place your order. Sales tax is charged where required by law.

Using our products
Install poles, hooks, heaters and baths according to the included instructions. Use outdoor-rated extension cords with heated baths and de-icers, and keep cords away from standing water. Wild birds are protected by federal law; follow local rules on feeding wildlife, and take feeders down if they attract bears.
Site content
Text, graphics and page design on the Site belong to Nuthatch Lane or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.
